Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka
Finally speaks on the bad economy situation of the country which is already
causing serious hardship in the country. Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka while
preaching in
his diocese last week, He spoke against the president Muhammadu Buhari
government in a video clip posted on YouTube by one of his member, the video
has gone viral and is trending news around the country and beyond. In the video
clip, Rev Fr Mbaka stated that the present living condition of Nigerians especially
the poor is getting out of hand worst as the day runs bye. Fr Mbaka is a reputable
man of God which is generally known for saying the truth as the spirit directs
him to. He is also recommended and praised by The President Muhammadu Buhari
and also some Northerners saying he is a true Man of God because even if He
knows that it is his brother that is at fault, he will say it out and condemn
the evil his brother did.
But this type
Rev Fr Mbaka is not here to give praises to the president but let him know that
things are not going well in his his
governance and he need to take immediate measure before things gets out of
hand. The Catholic priest also said that due to situation, many students have
been rusticated from their school as a result of inability to pay for their
school fees and other educational problems. He also stated that the president
should know that everyone is crying and the price of things in the market is
hiking day by day. Fr Mbaka lamented saying he has to speak the truth knowing
fully well that his church members and also the poor citizens of the country are
suffering from the poor leadership of president Muhammadu Buhari and they are
all Nigerians. He warned that in the face of hunger, people can be tempted to
do anything. He said that a hungry man is and angry man and hunger plus anger
will lead to danger.
He also stated that the president should be
careful too with the people that give him advice because if care is not taken, Mr.
President may not be voted again in power in the upcoming election in 2019. The
catholic priest in a way recommended the president in his effort to stop and
curb corruption in the country, his fight against the insurgents (Boko haram) and
also the on the security of the nation and that because Mr. president is a once
a general and he can handle all these very well, but on economy issues the
president needs good and influential people around him because the president is
not an expert in this field so he needs experts to help him out.

Mbaka also said that there are also some people in the country that don’t wants
the country to progress and they will stop at nothing to make sure that they
destroy the country but God will not allow them.
